For generations, curly and kinky hair has been misunderstood, neglected, and often mistreated in its daily care. Too often, we've seen men and women endure hair breakage, pain when detangling, and stress from being ridiculed and stigmatized.
For those who grew up with this hair, society hasn't always celebrated its natural beauty. It's not uncommon for young people with kinky or curly hair to experience judgment and even bullying from childhood simply for having a different texture. These experiences have created an ambivalent relationship with their own natural crown, the crown of hair that is a symbol of strength, resilience, and identity.

"This vision came to me when I wanted to comb my hair with the classic afro combs that we find everywhere. The teeth broke the first time I combed them and at the time I was surprised and disgusted. Then I told myself that it was always the same model.
I wondered if there were any French alternatives? Unique and high-quality ones that gave the customer the opportunity to express themselves with unique designs. So I decided to create a strong hair care brand that represents Afro culture, while respecting environmental issues .
